Delivery T&C's

Xscentric Perfumes currently makes use of PostNet to PostNet delivery services on behalf of the customer, with delivery rates starting from R109 for parcels up to 5kg and an additional R25 per kg thereafter, up to a maximum of 15kg. 

Delivery timeframes are estimated at 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch, with an additional working day for outlying areas. 

Customers may track their shipment online using their PN or PP tracking number via the PostNet tracking system. 

Xscentric Perfumes will not be liable for any delays, damages, loss of parcels, or additional costs caused by the courier service once the parcel has been dispatched.
