1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, we do
not offer refunds or exchanges on opened, used, or tested items unless the
product is defective or incorrect.
Returns may only be considered if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product remains sealed and unused
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used perfumes/oils
- Tester products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards or vouchers
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund where applicable
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment
method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused
by Xscentric Perfumes.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Please note:

- Certain bottle images are used for marketing and display purposes only.
- Bottle designs, caps, and packaging may vary depending on supplier availability while maintaining the same fragrance quality.
